MP O’Neill-Gordon launches her first photography contest
May 19, 2009

Ottawa, Ontario - Local Member of Parliament Tilly O’Neill-Gordon announced the launch of her first photography contest in the Miramichi riding.

To raise the profile of our beautiful region and encourage tourism, Tilly O’Neill-Gordon, MP for Miramichi, is calling on all of the region’s professional and amateur photographers.

We would like to invite you to participate in our first-ever Photography Contest!

We are looking for images that show all aspects of life in the Miramichi region, such as various cultural activities and sporting events, scenery, etc. to brighten the pages of our next calendar.

The images chosen must capture the essence of the four seasons and will be used to illustrate one month of the year. Photo titles and the photographers’ names will be published in the 2010 Calendar, which is distributed to all the homes in the riding. Your photos, with your authorization, could also appear in other communications tools by Tilly O’Neill-Gordon.
