What is the Parliamentary Internship Programme?
It is a unique opportunity to learn about Canadian Parliament first-hand, to work one-on-one with a government and an opposition Member of Parliament and to do comparative study tours to other Parliaments in Canada and abroad (fund permitting).
There are up to ten positions open to young Canadian citizens with a university degree.
It is also a stipend of $22,000 for a 10-month internship, September 2010 to June 2011.
